1. Quotations
A quotation is based on the requested part number, quantity, destination and information available when issued. Price and availability may change until the order is confirmed.
2. Orders
An order is accepted after XENSAIL confirms the product, quantity, price, payment, lead time and delivery terms. Customer part-number and specification checks remain the customer’s responsibility.
3. Payment
Payment method, currency and due date are stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Bank charges and local fees are allocated according to the agreed terms.
4. Delivery
Estimated lead and transit times are provided in good faith. Delays caused by carriers, customs, suppliers or events outside reasonable control do not change completed delivery obligations.
5. Liability
Any remedy for an accepted claim is limited to the affected products and the value paid for them, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
