XENSAIL supplies electronic components and related products mainly to business customers. Because products may be sourced, reserved or prepared for a specific quotation, a return must be approved in writing before anything is sent back.

1. Request a return

Contact us as soon as possible, normally within 7 calendar days after delivery, with the quotation or order number, product part number, quantity, reason for the request and clear photos where relevant. Do not ship the product back before receiving written return instructions.

2. Return authorization

Approved returns receive return instructions or an RMA reference. The product must be packed securely, include all supplied accessories and documentation, and be returned to the address provided by XENSAIL. The customer is responsible for the shipment until we receive it.

3. Items that may not be returnable

• Custom, programmed, modified, cut, assembled or specially sourced products.
• Products that have been installed, used, damaged, relabeled or exposed to unsuitable storage conditions.
• Opened ESD-sensitive packaging or products that cannot be resold for quality or traceability reasons.
• Items returned without authorization or outside the agreed return period.

4. Inspection and outcome

After receipt, we inspect the product and compare it with the approved return request. We may offer a replacement, credit, refund or another solution depending on the cause and the condition of the item.

5. Refunds and costs

If a refund is approved, it is normally issued to the original payment method after inspection. Unless the return is caused by our shipping error or a confirmed product defect, original shipping, return shipping, customs charges and reasonable restocking costs may be deducted or remain the customer’s responsibility.

6. Damaged or incorrect delivery

If we sent the wrong item or the carrier delivered visible damage, notify us promptly and keep the packaging. We will coordinate the next step after reviewing the evidence.
