The XCKU035-1FBVA676 is a high-performance FPGA from the AMD Xilinx Kintex UltraScale family, designed for applications requiring high logic density, DSP performance, high-speed serial connectivity and flexible I/O resources.
The XCKU035 device provides 444,343 system logic cells, 203,128 CLB LUTs, 406,256 CLB flip-flops, 19Mb of Block RAM and 1,700 DSP slices, enabling implementation of complex digital signal processing, communications, video, networking and industrial control functions.
The FBVA676 package provides 208 high-performance I/Os, 104 high-range I/Os and 16 GTH transceivers in a 27mm × 27mm package. For FB package options, GTH serial transceivers support data rates up to 12.5Gb/s.
