Texas Instruments TPS79501QDRBRQ1 Automotive Adjustable LDO Regulator
The TPS79501QDRBRQ1 from Texas Instruments is an automotive-qualified, low-power, adjustable low-dropout linear regulator capable of delivering up to 500mA output current. It combines high power-supply rejection ratio, low dropout voltage, fast start-up and excellent line and load transient performance, making it suitable for noise-sensitive automotive and analog applications.
The TPS79501-Q1 offers a typical dropout voltage of approximately 110mV at 500mA and a PSRR of approximately 50dB at 10kHz. The adjustable output voltage is programmed with an external resistor divider and supports an output range beginning around 1.225V. The device is stable with a small ceramic output capacitor.
