The SRV05-4.TCT from Semtech is a RailClamp® low-capacitance surge protection diode array designed to protect high-speed data and transmission lines against electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and surge events.

The device protects four I/O lines and operates at 5.0V, with a typical capacitance of only 3pF, helping maintain signal integrity in high-speed interfaces. It combines surge-rated steering diodes with an internal TVS diode in a compact 6-lead SOT-23 package.
